The kitchen of the Veridian casino hotel cooks what the Riviera markets bring in that morning: fish, vegetables from the hills, olive oil, herbs and citrus from our own garden. The menu is short and changes often.
Breakfast in the garden
Served on the terrace among the lemon trees on warm days and in the garden room when it is cooler — fresh bread, pastries, fruit, eggs to order and good coffee.
Lunch and dinner
Long lunches in the shade and dinner with the harbour lights below. Vegetarian dishes are always on the menu, and the kitchen is happy to adapt plates for allergies or dietary needs — please tell us when you reserve.
The bar
The bar of the casino resort serves aperitifs before dinner and a quiet drink afterwards, with music on the garden terrace at weekends. The bar is for adults only.
Table reservations
